Interprets and explains company business plan to account management policies, strategies and activities.
Manage all programs and activities of account management department.
Define strategies for marketing objectives for improving service solutions with cost benefit analysis.
Develop and manage the process of implementing marketing, promotion and sales support program for a wide range of the company’s, products/services in markets.
Coordinates and works closely with the sales support team to execute all the sales activities program.
Reviews and approves all public statements on behalf of the company, advises on the material in conflict with public relations policy and suggests necessary changes.
Knowledge
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Knowledge of sales and marketing process.
Knowledge of IT business process, products & services.
Knowledge of transportation, logistic, & hospitality industry business process is an advantage.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in IT, business, the management or related fields.
At least 5 years experience in sales marketing with 2 years in managerial level.
